For the past three years, she has taken time for herself to recalibrate and refocus. She begins 2026 by offering flamenco dance and music classes as a path to wellness and spiritual health in her hometown of Seattle. Believing that movement is medicine, she teaches that flamenco rhythms, in conjunction with the powerful tones of flamenco singing, offer an unmatched healing power that can lead to profound emotional transformation.
